Billy Lo is killed while investigating the death of a friend.
His brother, Bobby (Tae-jeong Kim), is hunting for the killers and has to battle with a 
series of deadly warriors at the Tower of Death. 
However, his final opponent is a familiar face that has risen from the grave.
