Max (Mel Gibson) tracks a thief to Bartertown, a tough, post atomic war community run by Aunty Entity (Tina Turner). When Max fails to kill a target for her he is exiled into the desert. He is found by a group of Post-war feral children who want him to lead them to Tomorrow-morrow land. To do that they must get away from Aunty Entity who is on their trail.
The story of each character is told on the reverse of each card.
