WC Boggs toilet makers are not exactly Flushed with success as Union man Vic Spanner keeps on calling everyone out on Strike. Boggs' son Lewis has his eye on Sid Plummer's daughter Myrtle while Sid has his ear on a Race-Tipping Budgie called Joey! With the company going down the pan Boggs decides to take everyone to Brighton for the day.
