Sil (Natasha Henstridge) is a hybrid Human/Alien created by Fitch (Ben Kingsley) at SETI but it escapes when he orders its termination. In the guise of a young woman the alien is determined to reproduce and leaves a trail of death in her search for the perfect mate. A specialist team (Michael Madsen, Forest Whitaker, Alfred Molina and Marg Helgenberger) must find her before Humans become extinct.
