We follow Bond's mission to track down two atomic Bombs stolen by Spectre agent Emilio Largo (Adolfo Celi). Bond travels to Nassau in his search and encounters the villain's mistress Domino (Claudine Auger). The cards follow the story from Bonds assasination of Bouvar through to the titanic struggle under and over the ocean. 
The story of each character is told on the reverse of each card.
