Henry Frankenstein (Colin Clive) is visited by the mysterious Dr Pretorius (Ernest Thesiger) who blackmails him into creating a Bride for the monster (Boris Karloff) who has returned from the dead. Henry has to step back into his lab while the creature struggles to adapt to his world.
