The Monster (Lon Chaney Jr) has survived and is found by Ygor (Bela Lugosi) who takes him
to Ludwig Frankenstein (Cedric Hardwicke) who can make him strong again.
Ludwig believes he can put a good brain in the creature but he is betrayed by Dr Bohmer (Lionel Atwill). Also stars Evelyn Akers.
